摘 要:使用换流器的开关函数分析了HVDC交直流侧次同步电气量相互传递的关系,从次同步频率层面深入阐述了由HVDC控制系统引起系统次同步振荡(subsynchronous oscillations,SSO)的机制。基于时域仿真的复转矩系数法详细地研究了交直流电力系统次同步阻尼特性,并对次同步阻尼控制器(supplementary subsynchronous damping controller,SSDC)抑制SSO的原理进行了重点论述,提出了基于模态控制的SSDC的设计方法。针对国内一个实际次同步振荡问题设计了SSDC,通过时域仿真验证了该SSDC原理的正确性和抑制SSO的有效性。The inter-transmission of subsynchronous electrical parameters between AC and DC sides of HVDC power transmission system is analyzed by switching functions of converter, and in term of subsynchronous frequency the mechanism of subsynchronous oscillations (SSO) in power grid caused by the control system of HVDC system is expounded. By use of complex torque coefficients in time-domain simulation the subsynchronous damping characteristic of AC/DC power grid is researched in detail, and the principle of suppression SSO by supplementary subsynchronous damping controller (SSDC) is emphatically discussed, then the design approach for the design of modal control-based SSDC is proposed. In allusion to an actual SSO occurred in a certain power grid in China, a modal control-based SSDC is designed. The correctness of the principle applied in the design of modal control-based SSDC and its effectiveness in suppressing SSO are verified by time-domain simulation.
