摘  要:采用沉淀焙烧法从废旧锂离子电池LiCoO2电极浸出液制备Co3O4。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(SEM)及ICP-AES对产物进行定性定量分析,表征产物的特性。研究表明:以10%NaOH溶液调节LiCoO2电极超声辅助硫酸浸出液的pH值至5.2去除Al3+,再加入Na2S、NaF溶液去除Cu2+、Ca2+、Mg2+等离子。净化后,通过对比实验得到制备Co3O4的最佳实验条件:即净化液中加入一定量的(NH4)2C2O4,用NH3.H2O调节溶液pH=9.5沉钴,使用20%的无水乙醇作为分散剂。滤渣在55℃条件下真空干燥、在400℃条件下焙烧2.5 h,得到平均粒径小于10μm Co3O4微球。Co3O4的纯度为84.32%,Co的回收率为74.09%。Co3O4 were prepared from the leachate of LiCoO2 cathode in spent lithium-ion batteries by precipitation and roasting process.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the product to express the characteristic were carried out by XRD,SEM and ICP-AES.The results indicate that the pH of the ultrasonic-assisted sulfuric acid leaching solution is adjusted to 5.2 by 10%NaOH solution to remove Al3+,and Na2S and NaF was added to remove Cu2+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and etc.The best experimental conditions of preparing Co3O4 can be determined through the comparative experiment after clearing,Co is precipitated under the condition that(NH4)2C2O4 is added in the solution,and the pH value is 9.5 adjusted by NH3.H2O with the absolute alcohol as dispersing agent.The filter residue under the vacuum condition is dried at the temperature of 55 ℃,the filter residue is roasted at the temperature of 400 ℃ for 2.5 h,and then particles of Co3O4(average diameter10 μm)can be obtained.The purity of Co3O4 is 84.32%,and the recovery rate of Co is 74.09%.
