摘  要:通过考察不同氢含量GH690合金的断裂韧性,探讨了氢对该合金断裂韧性和断裂行为的影响规律.结果表明,随着氢含量的提高,合金的断裂韧性逐渐降低,断口形貌由穿晶断裂转变为沿晶断裂.研究发现氢富集于晶界碳化物与基体界面处形成的空洞是导致合金断裂韧性降低的主要原因,且合金的氢含量越高,空洞增大的趋势越明显,从而导致合金抵抗裂纹扩展的能力越差,故断裂韧性越低.The fracture toughness and fracture behavior of GH690 alloy with different hydrogen (H) content were investigated.The results showed that the fracture toughness decreased with the increasing of H content,while the fracture morphology changed from predominantly ductile fracture to intergranular fracture.It was proposed that the formation of voids induced by H enrichment at the interface between the grain boundary carbides and the matrix was the main reason for the decreasing of fracture toughness.Moreover,the tendency of voids growth was obviously enhanced with increasing of H content,which reduced the resistance to crack propagation of GH690 alloy and decreases the fracture toughness.
