摘　　要：随着全球气候的变暖,人们对低碳经济的关注与行动也日趋强烈,水电资源作为一种清洁可再生资源,对污染减排和应对气候变化有着不可替代的作用,在低碳发展背景下越来越受到了人们的重视。丰富的水电资源是四川实现低碳发展的最佳能源,对四川水电资源概况进行了分析,认为开发四川水电资源是实现低碳发展的重要途径,并阐述了开发四川水电资源应注意的问题,总结了大力发展四川水电资源建设将为四川的经济发展带来强大的促进作用。People＇s concern about low-carbon economy and their actions have become increasingly strong along with the global climate warming.Hydropower resources,a kind of renewable resources,plays an irreplaceable role in decreasing pollution and mitigating climate change.Hence,hydropower resource is gaining people＇s concern gradually in the low-carbon development situation.Abundant hydropower resources in Sichuan help to achieve low-carbon energy development.The current hydropower resources development in Sichuan is analyzed,and to develop hydropower resources is an important way to fulfill the low-carbon development in Sichuan.Furthermore,the problems which should be concerned in developing hydropower resource are discussed.In all,to develop Sichuan hydropower resource will promote Sichuan＇s economy greatly.
