摘  要:研究了以月桂酸、氢氧化钠、氯化锌为原料采用复分解法合成月桂酸锌的最佳条件:第1步皂化反应,氢氧化钠过量10%(质量分数),温度80℃,反应1.5h;第2步复分解反应,氯化锌过量20%(质量分数),pH值5~6,快速搅拌,恒温80℃。经检测,月桂酸锌中月桂酸质量分数〈1%,锌质量分数在13.5%~15.5%,熔点在(128±5)℃,均符合标准;月桂酸锌在1580cm。和1400cm。之间有2个红外特征峰,R—COO-与Zn主要以络合形式结合。Zinc laurate was synthesised by using lauric acid, sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride as raw materials, and the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: (1) for saponification reaction, the dosages of sodium hydroxide are 10 wt% excessive, reaction temperature is kept constant at 80 ℃, reaction time is 1.5 h; (2) for double decomposition reaction, the dosages of zinc chloride are 20 wt% excessive, pH value is 5 - 6, reaction temperature is kept constant at 80 ℃, and rapid stirring is needed. The performance test results indicate that: (1) the contents of laurie acid and zinc in zinc laurate are less than 1 wt%, 13.5 wt% - 15.5 wt%, respectively, and the melting point of zinc laurate is (128± 5) ℃, which achieve the requirements of product standard. (2) Zinc laurate has two infrared characteristic absorption peaks between 1 580 cm^-1 and 1 400 cm^-1, which suggests that R--COO- combines with Zn in the form of complex mainly.
