摘  要:为解决急倾斜三软煤层多次采动巷道的支护技术难题,基于赵家坝煤矿工程地质条件,对该类巷道的合理支护技术进行了研究。通过现场实测和数值模拟分析了巷道变形破坏的特点,分析得出了巷道围岩岩性差、应力高以及支护结构与参数不合理是巷道变形破坏的主要原因,根据围岩松动圈支护理论提出了应采用以"锚梁网+锚索"为主体的支护形式,并对巷道关键部位加强支护实施动态叠加支护,确保巷道的稳定。结果表明:采用以"锚梁网+锚索"为主体的支护方式,多次采动巷道顶底板移近量不超过250mm,两帮移近量不超过200mm;巷道支护15d内,锚杆锚应力迅速增加,以后基本稳定在2~3MPa,表明该支护方案是合理的,可以有效控制巷道围岩的变形和改善巷道围岩的受力状态。In order to solve the support technical problems of the multi mining gateway in steep inclined seam with soft roof,soft coal and soft floor,based on the engineering geological conditions in Zhaojiaba Mine,the rational support technology of the mining gateway was studied.The site measurement and numerical simulation were applied to analyze the deformation and failure features of the gateway.The analysis results showed that the poor surrounding rock lithology of the gateway,high stress as well as the irrational support structure and parameters would be the main causes of the gateway deformation and failure.Based on the surrounding rock releasing zone support theory,the application of"the bolt/beam/steel mesh + anchor"as the main support mode was provided.The key locations of the gateway should have the reinforced support and the dynamic overlying support in order to ensure the stability of the gateway.The results showed that with the application of"the bolt/beam/steel mesh + anchor"as the main support mode,the roof and floor convergence of the multi mining gateway would not be over 250 mm and the convergence of the gateway side walls would not be over 200 mm.within the 15 days of the gateway supported,the bolt anchoring stress was rapidly increased and then was basically stabilized at 2~3 MPa.The designed support plan was rational,could be effective to control the deformation of the gateway surrounding rock and could improve the loading status of the gateway surrounding rock.
