摘 要:针对煤岩长钻孔过泥岩、构造带和软煤层成孔的技术难题,基于现场实测煤岩物理参数,采用FLAC3D软件对丁集煤矿-910m水平11-2回风平巷抽采钻孔的工艺条件进行数值模拟,得出钻孔的应力场、位移场和塑性破坏区变化规律,发现孔径沿垂直方向上方位移最大,下方次之,两侧位移最小,终孔形状为扁圆形。对钻孔围岩的应力、应变、位移和固化前的参量进行对比分析,得出固化后煤岩强度恢复系数为5%~60%,原岩煤体越软,强度恢复系数越大。基于注浆固化成孔理论,采用排间间隔交替和单孔位复注浆,注浆压力0.4~0.8MPa,水灰质量比2∶1,向软煤岩层孔内压注固化剂,结果表明此方法可以增强煤岩弱结构抵御变形的能力。According to the technical problems of the coal and rock long boreholes passing through the mudstone,tectonic zone and soft seam,based on the site measured coal and rock physical parameters,the FLAC3Dsoftware was applied to the numerical simulation on the technical conditions of the gas drainage boreholes in No.11-2 air return gateway of -910 m level at Dingji Mine.The borehole stress field,displacement field and the variation law of the plasticity failure zone were obtained from the simulation.The simulation found that the largest displacement was at the top section along the vertical direction of the borehole,the less displacement was at the low section a-long the vertical direction of the borehole and the smaller displacement was at the two sides of the borehole.The final shape of the borehole was oblate.A comparison analysis was conducted on the stress,strain,displacement and the parameters before the consolidation of the borehole surrounding rock.The recovered coefficients of the coal and rock strength after the consolidation would be 5%~60%.The softer of the previous coal and rock mass,the strength recovered coefficients would be higher.Based on the grouting consolidation borehole forming theory,the pressurized consolidated agent was grouted in the boreholes of the soft coal and rock layer with a interval of the borehole rows and single borehole repeated grouting,a grouting pressure of 0.4~0.8 MPa and a water and cement ratio of 2:1.The results showed that the method could improve the capacity of the coal and rock soft structure to resist the deformation.
