摘 要:为了解决亭南矿井西翼轨道大巷底板揭露铝质泥岩、底鼓变形严重、巷道底板难以控制的问题,通过对巷道围岩位移量观测分析变化规律,结合矿井生产实际,经过反复论证采用底角锚杆、反底拱控制技术进行底板加固,使底鼓量由500mm降低到10mm。试验结果表明:采用膨胀性泥岩底鼓治理技术能够有效控制巷道两帮收敛和底板鼓起、封闭水源,提高了巷道围岩整体稳定性,使巷道底板变形量得到了有效控制,为矿井进一步研究无底煤开采技术提供了基础技术数据。In order to solve the aluminium mudstone floor serious deformation and the floor hard to control problems in the railway roadway at the west wing of Tingnan Mine,with the surrounding rock displacement observation and measurement of the mine roadway applied to analyze the variation law,in combination with the mine actual production,after the several verifications,the floor corner bolt and the reversed floor arch control technology was applied to the floor reinforcement.The floor heave was reduced from 500 mm to 10 mm.The test results showed that the floor heave governance technology of the swelling mudstone could be effective to control the convergence of the two side walls,floor heave,seal the water sources,improve the integrated stability of the gateway surrounding rocks,to control the floor deformation of the gateway and provide the basic technical data for the further study on the mining technology with no floor coal.
