摘 要:为了改变首山一矿己15-12010工作面地应力高、突出危险性严重、煤巷掘进困难的现状,基于矿井瓦斯防治理论,提出了前探地质深孔、超前排放钻孔、穿层预抽、穿层松动预裂爆破、瓦斯自动监测系统相结合的综合防突技术,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:综合防突技术可使高应力高突区域煤巷掘进工作面前方集中应力带与高瓦斯带向煤体深部转移,煤体内的瓦斯潜能及弹性潜能得到有效释放,消除或减弱了煤体的突出危险性,为工作面的掘进创造了较长的安全区与防护区。在己15-12010工作面回风巷实施综合防突技术后,掘进速度由原来的40m/月提高到了76.6m/月,增幅为91.5%,实现了安全快速掘进。In order to change the high strata stress,the serious outburst danger,difficult seam gateway driving of F15-12010 coal mining face in Shoushan No.1 Mine,based on the mine gas prevention and control theory,a combined outburst prevention and control technology with the pilot geological deep borehole,pilot gas drainage borehole,pre-drainage borehole through strata,through strata borehole for the pressure releasing and pre-cracking blasting and the mine gas auto monitoring and measuring system was proposed and conducted for the site test.The test results showed that the comprehensive outburst prevention and control technology could make the concentrated stress zone and the high gas zone in front of the seam gateway driving face in the high stress and high outburst area moving forward to the deep seam,the gas potential energy and the elastic potential energy in the seam could be effectively released and eliminated,thus the outburst danger of the seam could be reduced to provide the long distance safety zone and prevented zone for the gateway driving face.After the comprehensive outburst prevention and control technology conducted for the ventilation gateway of F15-12010 coal mining face,the driving rate could be improved from the previous 40 m per month to 76.6 m per month,the increaseing rate was about 91.5% and the safety rapid driving could be achieved.
