摘　　要：为了解决西门子提升机系统S5系列PLC的通信接口与现有监测设备不兼容的问题,以通信原理为基础,设计了S5系列PLC与上位机之间的通信程序,实现了提升机系统的状态监测。实际应用表明,此方案的实施,解决了提升机系统与现有检测设备不兼容的问题,实现了进口设备与国产设备的协作运行,具有很好的推广应用前景。In order to solve the incompatible problem between the communication interface of the S5 PLC in the SIEMENS hoist system and the existing monitoring and measurement equipment,based on the communication principle,the communication program between the S5 PLC and the upper stream computer was designed to have the status monitoring and measurement of the hoist system.The actual application showed that the program implementation would solve the incompatible problems between the SIEMENS hoist system and the existing inspection and measurement equipment,the imported equipment and the domestic equipment could be coordinately operated.Thus the program would have the good outlook of the promoted application.
