摘 要:根据影响水煤浆特性的因素及褐煤提质改性后的煤质特性,选取内蒙古宝日希勒褐煤和相应提质改性后煤样作为研究对象,应用激光粒度测试仪定量分析了煤样的粒度分布,采用扫描电镜(SEM)定性分析了煤样颗粒形态的变化,结合煤样的制浆结果,研究了褐煤提质改性后对粒度分布的影响,分析了堆积效率与颗粒球形度的关系以及堆积效率对提质褐煤成浆性的影响。结果表明:褐煤经提质改性后,堆积效率由65.52%提高到67.88%,水煤浆浆体质量分数相应提高了9.22%,且水煤浆的流变性和稳定性均得到明显改善。According to the factors affected to the coal water mixture features and the coal quality features after the lignite upgrading modified,taking the lignite from Baorixile of Inner Mongolia and the related coal samples after upgrading modified as the research objects,a laser particle measuring instrument was applied to the quantitative analysis on the particle distribution of the coal samples.The Scanning Electric Microscope(SEM) was applied to the qualitative analysis on the variation of the sample particle patterns.In combination with the mixture preparation results of the samples,the lignite upgrading modified affected to the particle distribution was researched,the relationship between the stockpiling efficiency and the particle sphericity was analyzed and the stockpiling efficiency affected to the upgraded lignite mixture was researched.The results showed that lignite after the upgrading modification,the stockpiling efficiency could be improved from 65.52% to 67.88%,the quality fraction of the coal water mixture would be relatively improved by 9.22% and the rheology and stability of the coal water mixture could be obviously improved.
