摘 要:采用经氯化钙、硫酸铝、氯化钠溶液改性过的沸石处理高氟矿井水,分析了改性沸石用量、接触时间、pH值等因素对改性沸石除氟率的影响。结果表明:室温条件下,添加质量浓度20g/L、pH为6的经硫酸铝溶液改性的沸石、可有效去除矿井水中质量浓度为20mg/L的氟离子,除氟率达72.7%;经饱和CaCl2溶液改性的沸石对氟离子的最大吸附量仅为24.1%;而经饱和NaCl溶液改性后的沸石对氟离子的吸附,不但没有使氟离子含量降低反而升高。沸石经过氢氧化钠预处理,再经质量分数1%的硫酸铝溶液改性后,成为良好的铝盐载体,F-和Al3+稳定的配位作用特点使得经硫酸铝溶液改性过的沸石能更有效吸附去除矿井水中的氟离子。The high fluorine content mine water was treated with the zeolite modified with the calcium chloride,aluminum sulfate and sodium chloride solution.The paper analyzed the modified zeolite dosage,contacting time,pH value and other factors affected to the fluorine removed rate by the modified zeolite.The results showed that under the room temperature,the zeolite modified by the aluminum sulfate with the quantity density of 20 g/L and pH of 6 could effectively remove the fluorine ion with the quantity density of 20 mg/L from the mine water and the fluorine ion removal rate would be reached to 72.7%.The zeolite modified with the saturated CaCl2 solution could have a max adsorption value of the fluorine ion with only 24.1%.The zeolite modified with the saturated NaCl solution could have an ad-sorption of the fluorine ion,but the fluorine ion content would not be reduced and would be increased.The zeolite was pretreated with the sodium hydroxide and then modified with the aluminum sulfate solution with the quantity fraction of 1%,the zeolite became a good aluminum salt carrier.Due to F-and Al3+ had the stable coordination function features,the zeolite modified with the aluminum sulfate solution could effectively adsorb and remove the fluorine ion from the mine water.
