摘 要:探讨如何将较为有效的表面活性剂进行复配以使其更好地改善氧脱木素过程。结果表明,对氧脱木素具有良好改善作用的表面活性剂进行复配,可以提高氧脱木素的选择性,更好地改善氧脱木素,最佳的复配方式为阴离子-阴离子-非离子型表面活性剂;当3种表面活性剂以6:2:2进行复配时脱木素效果最好,与常规氧脱木素相比,它在脱木素率提高12.4个百分点的情况下,纸浆黏度只下降28.2cm3·g-1,而且白度提高了4.5%ISO,达到39.3%ISO。这种复配表面活性剂用于氧脱木素的最适宜用量为0.5%。Studying how to mix the effective surfactant to improve the oxygen delignification much better. The experimental showed that mixing the surfactants which had advantage on oxygen delignification could improve the oxygen delignification selectivity, and improve the oxygen delignification much better, the best compound style was the anion-anion-non-ionic surfactant. And, when these three surfactants were mixed in proportion of 6:2:2, the deiignifieation was best. Comparing to the conventional oxygen delignification, the delignification rate increased by 12.4%, the viscosity only decreased by 28.2cm3·g-1, and the whiteness increased by 4.5%ISO, that was 39.3%ISO. When this mixed surfactant was used in oxygen delignification, the most appropriate dosage was 0.5%.
