摘 要:使用过氧乙酸对Soda-AQ麦草浆进行漂白,讨论单段过氧乙酸漂白的影响因素。实验结果表明漂白的最优工艺条件为:过氧乙酸用量3.0%,EDTA用量0.5%,时间80min,pH6,温度60℃,漂白浆浓12%。在此条件下,成浆白度达到53.6%ISO,纸浆黏度986mL·g-1,卡伯值8.6。通过对过氧乙酸与过氧化氢组成的多段漂研究发现:过氧乙酸的漂白能力强于过氧化氢,且稳定性好;过氧乙酸用在过氧化氢前段时,整体漂白效果较好,白度可达73.8%ISO。A novel organic oxidant that used peracetic acid as an oxidizer to bleach Soda-AQ straw pulp was studied. The experiment which discussed the factors affecting single bleaching of Soda-AQ straw pulp showed the optimal conditions were as follows: 3.0% pracetie acid charge,and 0.5% EDTA charge,80min, pH value 6,temperature 60~C, 12% of pulp concentration. Under such conditions, the pulp brightness could reach to 53.6%ISO and the viscosity of the pulp was 986 mL'g-l,kappa number was 8.6. The effect of peracetic acid bleaching was better than that of hydrogen peroxide bleaching. When peracetic acid bleaching stage was before peroxide stage, the effect of bleaching was the best and the brightness of bleached pulp reached up to 73.8%ISO.
