摘 要:用绿色糖单孢菌分泌的含有木素过氧化物酶与木聚糖酶复合胞外酶漂白桉木AS-AQ浆,对其进行单段酶处理及后续化学漂白,探讨生物酶预处理对纸浆可漂性以及漂白废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明:酶处理可改善桉木AS-AQ浆的可漂性,在后续漂白条件相同情况下,酶处理可使桉木AS-AQ浆白度增加5.4%ISO;在达到相近白度时,后续DED漂白的总用氯量可减少30%,漂白废水的悬浮物、色度和CODCr分别降低了29.2%、26.1%和34.2%。Xylanase and lignin peroxidase compound enzyme produced by Saccharomonospora viddis were used for the single- stage enzyme pretreatmcnt of eucalyptus AS-AQ pulp, followed by subsequent chemical bleaching (DED). The effect of compound enzyme on the bleachability and effluent pollution loading showed that enzyme pretreatment could improve the bleachability of eucalyptus AS-AQ pulp. Meanwhile, at the same condition of subsequent chemical bleaching, the brightness of samples which used enzyme as pretreatment could be increased by 5.4%ISO, when they have the similar brightness, the total amount of C102 of DED bleaching could be reduced by nearly 30%. The content of SS, CU and CODex could be decreased by 29.2%, 26.1% and 34.2% respectively.
