摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈分公司2座高炉与煤粉喷吹量和富氧率相关的技术经济指标概况。分析不同混合煤种生产成本和理化性能,提出最佳混合煤制备方案。统计分析不同阶段煤粉喷吹量和富氧率对焦比、燃料比、置换比和燃料成本所产生的影响。综合分析结果,提出在目前原燃料条件下的最佳煤比。Technologies and economic indexes related to PCI and oxygen enrichment percentage of the two blast furnaces in AnSteel＇s BaYu Quan Subsidiary are introduced in this paper.The production cost and physicochemical properties of all kinds of pulverized coal are analyzed,and an optimum mixed pulverized coal production method is put forward.This paper also analyzes the effect of injection amount and oxygen enrichment percentage in different stages of PCI on coke ratio,fuel ratio,PCI replacement ratio,and fuel cost.According to the analysis results,an optimum pulverized coal ratio under the current conditions of raw material and fuel is proposed.
