摘 要:越来越多的钢铁企业开始在高炉上使用煤气干法除尘技术。然而,在产生节能减排效果的同时,也出现了高炉煤气管道快速腐蚀问题。调查研究了从国内多个钢企收集到的管道腐蚀典型案例。在详细分析了这些案例所对应的干法除尘工艺流程特点和管道腐蚀状态数据后,氯离子和酸性冷凝水被认为是造成煤气管道腐蚀,乃至泄漏的重要因素。氯离子如何腐蚀管道、冷凝水为何呈强酸性以及氯离子和水分来源于何处等问题被一一讨论。在此基础上给出了干法除尘工艺有害于管道和附属膨胀节的原因。分析比较了若干对策措施,包括已经在某些钢厂实施的对策的优劣和有效性,最终提出了几项实用的改善管道腐蚀状况的建议。The application of dry-type dedusting technology for blast furnace gas (BFG) has been more and more popular in the domestic iron and steel industry.Although most application cases of the techonology show advantages of energy saving and emission reduction,a severe problem of rapid corrosion of BFG piping occurs unexpectedly.Several typical cases of corrosion collected from different iron and steel enterprises in China are investigated.Through the detailed analyses on the characteristics of the dedusting process and the corrosion data of gas piping,chloridion and acidic drained water are regarded as the key factors for the occurrence of corrosion and even the leakage of the dedusted-gas pipe.Then,some issues are discussed,such as how the chloridion damages the pipe,why the drain water becomes acid,and where the chloridion and the water come from.On the basis of these analyses and discussions,the reason why the gas dedusted by dry-type process is so harmful to the pipe and expansion joint is found out.Afterwards,several countermeasures are compared,some of which are actually in practice.Through analyzing their advantages and drawbacks and inspecting their effectiveness,some useful and improved suggestions are given at last.
