崇左市2004-2009年肺结核病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析崇左市肺结核病流行病学特征,探讨肺结核病控制策略。方法对2004-2009年肺结核病的发病情况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果崇左市2004-2009年共报告肺结核病病例20 785例,年平均报告发病率为159.50/10万。1月份为发病高峰,发病人群主要是15~60岁年龄组,占74.42%,男性发病数明显高于女性;职业分布以农民所占比例最大,占78.03%。结论崇左市肺结核病发病率持续在较高水平,青壮年农民是高发人群,应继续加强肺结核防治工作。Objective Analysis on the characteristics of tuberculosis epidemic in Chongzuo city Investigate on the control strategy of tuberculosis.Method Descriptive analysis the incidence of tuberculosis epidemiology from 2004 to 2009.Results 20 785 TB cases were reported in Chongzuo city from 2004 to 2009,and the average incidence rate is 159.50/10 ten thousand.The peak incidence of disease is January,and the mainly age group is from 15 to 60 years old,accouting for 74.42%.Male incidence is significantly higher than women.Occupational distribution of largest proportion are farmers,accounting for 78.03%.Conclusions The incidence rate of tuberculosis in Chongzuo city is at a high level,the high-risk population are young farmers,so tuberculosis prevention and control should be strengthened.
