摘  要:给出一种常规游梁式抽油机杆件尺寸优化设计的简单方法。用这种方法设计的抽油机的结构特点是:当游梁位于水平位置时,游梁和曲柄都与连杆垂直。这个特点以及杆件尺寸的合理组合,可使抽油机的最大扭矩因数、最大悬点加速度、曲柄轴峰值扭矩和电动机功率都明显减小。这种抽油机同用其它新设计方法设计的抽油机相比较,具有一定的优越性。A simple optimization procedure for designing the linkdimensions of conventional beam pumping units is worked out in this article. The structural feature of a pumping unit designed by this method is that both the walking-beam and the crank will be vertical to the pitman while the walking-beam is being in the level position With the help of this feature and the rational matching of link-dimensions the maximum torque factor, maximum polished rod acceleration,peak crank torque and the required motor power of the pumping unit can be reduced obviously. Such a pumping unit is superior to those designed by means of other new method in some aspects.
