摘　　要：GIS技术是一种非常有效的信息管理和组织方式,能够将空间事物的地理位置和特征有机地结合在一起,直观、形象、全面地展现出来,在现代社区管理与服务中有着广阔的应用前景,将成为社区信息化建设的重要组成部分。对于提高社区管理水平、提升居民生活品质都有着积极的作用。本文介绍了清华园社区在将GIS技术应用于现代社区管理与服务方面的探索和实践。GIS is a useful technology to manage and organize information effectively.It can combine and show objects＇geography location and other characters directly,visually and entirely.GIS has a vast application future in community management and services.It is positive for the improvement of community management and residents＇life quality.It will become an important part of community information.In this article,we introduced the study and practice of GIS using in modern community management and services.
