摘  要:目的研究大鼠单侧耳蜗损毁前、后不同时期听皮层中γ氨基丁酸能神经元的分布及数量。方法应用免疫组化SP法行听皮层中γ氨基丁酸能神经元分布的检测。结果γ氨基丁酸能神经元广泛分布于听皮层中。听皮层γ氨基丁酸能神经元的体积较大、着色也较深。听皮层中γ氨基丁能酸神经元的数目:术后1~2周手术对侧明显低于手术侧(P<0.01),术后3周上升,但仍少于手术侧,至术后1个月,手术对侧略少于手术侧,且差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论单侧耳蜗损毁前后,γ氨基丁酸能神经元的分布在听皮层中呈一明显的动态变化过程,术后γ氨基丁酸能神经元的数目明显下降,随时间的推移逐步回升,提示γ氨基丁酸能神经元数目的增减可能为听觉中枢的重组所必需。OBJECTIVE To observe the distribution and amount of gama-aminobutyric acid(GABA)ergic neurons in rat auditory cortex in different stage before and after unilateral cochlea ablation. METHODS The technique of direct anti-GABA immunocytochemistry (SP method)was applied in this study. RESULTS The GABAergic neurons ,which have larger and stronger immunocytochemical rection intensity,distributed extensively in auditory cortex(AC). In the first one or two weeks after unilateral cochlea ablation,the number of GABAergic cells in the intact side decreased significantly than that of the lesion side(P0.01). After three weeks,it began to increase and finally reach the normal level one month after operation,the difference has no significance(P0.05). CONCLUSION The distribution level of GABAergic neurons in AC after unilateral cochlea ablation changes regularly,it suggest that changes of GABAergic neurons may contribute to the reorganization of auditory central system after unilateral cochlea ablation in rats.
