山西省听力残疾人抽样调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解山西省人群听力残疾状况,为制定预防策略提供科学依据。方法采取分层、多阶段、整群概率比例抽样方法,在山西省抽取22个县(市、区),88个乡(镇、街道),共176个小区,对22297户的75016例进行听力残疾调查。结果山西省现有听力残疾42.9万人,听力残疾现患病率为1.28%,占残疾人总数的21.14%,居各类残疾第2位。年龄、性别、城乡之间的患病率差别有显著性。引起听力残疾的原因有多种,其中老年聋占47.4%,中耳炎和药物中毒聋各占13.53%和3.96%,另有遗传因素、传染性疾病、全身性疾病、创伤或意外伤害、噪声和爆震以及原因不明等。结论听力残疾严重影响人们的生活质量,尤其是神经性聋治疗局限,影响聋人融入社会,应引起政府和全社会的共同关注。OBJECTIVE To investigate hearing disability in Shanxi province and provide scientific data for drawing up the prevention and treatment strategies. METHODS Using the stratified,multistage and cluster probability sampling method,75016 residents in 22 cities,88 towns,176 areolae,22297 households were investigated. RESULTS The population of hearing disability in Shanxi province was 429 thousand,the prevalence rate of hearing disability was 1.28%,account to 21.14% of all disabilities,and was in the second place in all disabilities. There were significant differences in the prevalence rates between male and female,urban and rural and different ages. Hearing disability were caused by many factors,among which the causes related to presbycusis made up 47.4% of the total cases,while the causes related to otitis media and ototoxicity respectively made up 13.53% and 3.96%. Other factors included hereditary deafness,infective disease,general factors,traumatic deafness and accidents,noises and explosion and undetermined causes etc. CONCLUSION Hearing disability infiuenced the quality of life severely. Especially sensorineural hearing loss,which is limited to be cured and it made hard to contact with society. The government and the whole society should take more concern about hearing disability.
