摘　　要：目的探讨头颈部血管DSA介人造影检查的主要技术参数。方法对2 289例疑似病例行头颈部血管DSA介入造影检查。结果选择适合的技术参数,可以保证头颈部血管DSA介入造影检查的成功率,明显提高血管影像的质量。结论正确调整造影技术参数是保证病人安全,造影成功,提高血管影像质量的主要因素。Objective To explore the mainly technical parameter on the examination of headcervix digital substractive angiography （DSA）. Methods 2 289 patients who suspected with vessel disease were underwent DSA examination. Results By graphic standard, we successfully had DSA examination and got satisfactory graphic quality. Conclusion The ideal selected DSA technical parameter ensured the DSA processing and patienta safety when the conduit reached the goal with the X-ray clairvoyance .
