摘　　要：介绍在暖通空调工程中，按照国际标准所要达到的室内舒适热环境的衡量标准及其测量方法。重点介绍满足ＩＳＯ７７３０和ＩＳＯ７７２６两个新标准提出的条件时必须测定的热参数、测定手段及仪表。According to international standard,the standard and measuring method of indoor comfortable heating environment are introduced in heating ventilation and air condition engineering.The condition that two new standards ISO7730 and ISO7726 put forward are discussed.It is emphatically introduced that the heating date must be measured and the method of measuring and meters are adopted when meet these conditions.
