摘  要:对多种硬PVC片材及压制的填料片进行了热处理和材质性能测试,结果表明温度是影响热处理效果的主要因素,填料的波形对热处理后的材质性能基本无影响,在热处理过程中有相当程度的热老化,热处理后仍然存在压制填料时的“结构疏松化”。确定了对填料片的材质性能检测项目和合格指标。本方法亦可应用在以“二次热处理”方法生产的其它各种塑料制品的材质性能检测之中。Heat treatment and performance test of several rigid PVC sheets and fillers pressed have been carried out,it is showed that the temperature is a main factor to influence the result of heat treatment ,the shape of filler has no influence on the properties of the fillers treated,the heat aging has considerably taken place in heat treatment,after heat treatment there is still “structure-loose”which was remained in press process. The performance item and qualified target have been determined. This method has been applied to performance test of other various plastic products, which are produced in forming process too.
