福莫特罗都保与沙丁胺醇气雾剂在支气管扩张试验中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨比较福莫特罗都保与沙丁胺醇气雾剂在支气管扩张试验中的作用。方法将基础肺功能FEV1(一秒钟用力呼气容积)<70%预计值,且无β2受体激动剂的禁忌证的支气管哮喘患者,按随机原则分成两组:A组,使用福莫特罗都保行支气管扩张试验;B组,使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂行支气管扩张试验;并分别把A、B两组的阴性结果的患者于第2天同一时间分别改用沙丁胺醇气雾剂、福莫特罗都保再次行支气管扩张试验。分别横向比较A、B两组的阳性率及纵向比较两组各自的阴性结果患者于第2天同一时间改用沙丁胺醇气雾剂、福莫特罗都保行支气管扩张试验的阳性结果并行显著性检验。结果 A组40例患者中,阳性33例,阳性率82.5%,阴性结果患者于第2天同一时间改用沙丁胺醇气雾剂行支气管扩张试验全部也为阴性;B组40例患者中,阳性31例,阳性率77.5%,阴性结果患者于第2天同一时间改用福莫特罗都保行支气管扩张试验全部也为阴性。A组阳性率比B组略高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论使用福莫特罗都保行支气管扩张试验比使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂行支气管扩张试验可能会更准确、更优胜一些,但差异无显著性。Objective To explore the effect of formoterol turbuhaler and salbutamol inhalater in bronchodilatation test. Methods Patients with bronchial asthma whose FEV1 70% anticipate data and without contraindication for ？ 2-receptor activator were divided into two groups randomly. Formoterol turbuhaler was used in bronchodilatation test in group A while salbutamol inhalater was used in group B. Negative cases of two groups were taken bronchodilatation test again changed to salbutamol inhalater and formoterol turbuhaler respectively at the same time on the second day. To compare the positive rates of two groups and the positive results when the negative ones using the different drugs on the second day. Results 40 cases in group A,33 cases were positive with positive rate 82. 5% ,7 cases with negative result changed to salbutamol inhalater on the sec-ond day were still negative. 40 cases in group B,31 cases were positive with positive rate 77. 5% ,others with negative results changed to formoterol turbuhaler were negative too. Positive rate of group A was higher than that of group B,but without significant differences （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion In bronchodilatation test,using formoterol turbuhaler seemed better than salbutamol inhalater,but with no significant differences.
