摘　　要：叙述了管道腐蚀缺陷检测的意义，提出了管道内在线检测对管线及时维护、管道寿命评价的必要性．介绍了漏磁法无损检测的基本原理，叙述了漏磁法管道在线检测计算机系统的总体设计、结构及各部分的工作过程．该系统具有检测速度快、效率高等特点，对管道的维护具有重要意义．The signification of the pipeline erosion detection is stated in this paper. In accordance withthe present situation of aging and frequent-happened accident of the oil and gas pipeline in ourcountry, the pipeline detection to its maintenance and age-estimation is necessary. The fundamentalprinciple of nondestructive testing by magnetic flux leakage (MFL) is described, and the collectiveproject, system composition and working procession of the computer of on-line detecting pipeline byMFL are introduced in detail. The detector had the advantage of high sped and efficiency. Itcontains both the significant practical sense and profound one to maintenace of the pipeline.
