HPLC法测定温肾缩尿胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立温肾缩尿胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:ODS Hypersil(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(19:80:1),流速:1ml/min,检测波长:260nm,柱温:25℃。结果原儿茶酸浓度在2.228～55.70μg/ml范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.73%,RSD为1.63%(n=9)。结论本测定方法专属性强,稳定可靠、简便可行、重现性好,可用于温肾缩尿胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Protocatechuic Acid in the Wenshen Suoniao Capsule. Methods HPLC was performed on ODS Hypersil column（ 4. 6 × 250 mm,5μm） with methanol-water-acetic acid （ 19：80：1） as mobile phase. flow rate was 1 ml/min and detection wavelength was set 260 nm. column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2. 228 ～ 55. 70 μg/ml （ r = 0. 9997）. The average recovery was 99. 73% with the RSD of 1. 63% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The quality control methods are specific,reliable,feasible and reproducible,which can be used as the quality standard of Wenshen Suoniao Capsule.
