摘　　要：骨关节病是一种对人体健康和生活影响较大的疾病,其病因和病理机制尚不清楚。近年来,骨关节病患者软骨下骨的改变备受重视。下面就颞下颌关节骨关节病软骨下骨改变与颞下颌关节骨关节病的关系,软骨下骨改变病理机制的研究进展作一综述。Osteoarthrosis（OA） is harmful to health and daily life,but its features varied among different joints. The etiopathogenisis and pathomechanism of OA is still unclear. Recently,it is reported that the changes in subchondral bone were closely connect with the development of OA. In this paper,we reviewed recent studies on the pathomechanism of the changes in subchondral bone,and the relationship between the change in subchondral bone and OA.
