摘　　要：通过探讨当前武警部队基层开展急救技术健康教育的重要意义和必要性，分析武警基层部队开展急救技术健康教育的内容、方法，及效果评价形式，提出部队基层开展急救技术健康教育的对策和建议：在基层开展急救技术健康教育坚持预防为主，加强平时教育；分类准备，执行任务前强化；随队保障，见缝插针教育指导；立足受众，针对性开展教育。Emphasize its importance of popularizing the education on health and first aid technique in the Forces. Make recommendation on how to deploy an effective method to expand health and first aid education through analyzing and evaluating its current course contents, methods, and efforts. Create the combined guidelines of prevention, expanding health education, classified preparation, guarding and case study on site, and benefiting the majority.
