摘　　要：论述了测斜仪在测井、钻井工程中的特殊技术要求，建立了磁性测斜仪的数学模型，阐明了由PC机组成的有线测斜系统的基本构成方式及工作原理．The special technical requirements of the measurement system for inclination in the oil well measurement and boring are introduced, and the mathematical models of magnetic instruments for inclination measurement are set up, and configuration models and principles of the wired systems forinclination measurement based on PC are presented.
