摘 要:目的:研究钙网蛋白(calreticulin,CRT)在成年小鼠睾丸组织中的表达及分布,探讨CRT在小鼠睾丸发育及其精子发生过程的功能。方法:运用免疫印迹法和免疫组织化学术,检测CRT在小鼠睾丸组织中的表达和分布。结果:免疫印记法证实CRT在成年小鼠睾丸高表达,同时免疫组织化学显示阳性信号主要集中在小鼠睾丸精原细胞和间质细胞。结论:CRT在小鼠睾丸中的定位提示其可能与精原细胞更新和分化以及雄激素分泌密切相关。Objective:To investigate expression and distribution of calreticulin (CRT) in the adult mouse testis and explore the preliminary function of CRT during testes development and spermatogenesis. Methods:The expression and distribution of calreticulin (CRT) in the adult mouse testis were detected by western blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results:Western blotting result showed CRT expressed highly in mouse testis. Immunohistochemistry result revealed positive signals were widely distributed while strong signals were mainly in primary spemlatogonia and Leydig cells. Conelusion:CRT expressed highly in adult mouse testis, and it may be involved in spermatogonia self-renew/differentiation and testosterone secretion mechanisms.
