摘 要:采用X射线衍射方法测定了具有不同石墨化率的自焙炭块的真密度ρu,并结合体积质量ρb估算了全气孔率q和比孔体积V·同时采用EPM方法观测了自焙炭块的气孔形态,并与美国UCARNMA系列炭块进行了比较,认为:国产自焙炭块的气孔形状及力学结构不尽合理;1450℃下铁液在该炭块孔隙中的渗透较明显,且随时间的延续,渗透深度增加·True specific density of self baking carbon block with different graphitization degree was detemined by X ray diffraction method. Total porosity and specific porous volume were calculated from the data of bulk density. The pore morphology of the self baking carbon block was observed by EPM comparing with America UCAR NMA series carbon block. It is found out that porous shape,distribution and micro structure of the tested carbon block are not ideal so that penetration of liquid iron in the block appears at 1450℃ and the depth of penetration increase with time.
