摘　　要：国防科技知识产权具有保密性、军民融合、严格的使用限制和国家垄断性等特点,这决定了国防科技知识产权教育培训活动在组织机制、教学内容和教学形式方面的特殊性。Intellectual property on national defense technology has the characteristics of secrecy,intense link with civil field,strict using limitation and state monopoly.These determine the education of intellectual property in this field has some specialties in organizing mechanism,teaching content and teaching form.
