摘　　要：大学毕业生认为"找工作很难",而用人单位觉得"招人很难",如何将两者很好地结合起来,需要广大思想政治教育工作者深入研究思想政治教育的内涵、优化思想政治教育,以此促进毕业生和用人单位的最优对接,从而更好地提高毕业生就业的数量和层次。It's difficult for graduates to take up an occupation also for employers to recruit.With improving the quantity and quality of employment,the idea of ideological and political education should be deeply researched and optimized to meet graduates and employers.
