摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶、喷雾干燥、碳热还原法合成了球形Li3V2(PO4)3材料.与金属锂配对组成半电池时,Li3V2(PO4)3在4 V和2 V附近都有明显的充放电电压平台,分别对应于V4+/V3+和V3+/V2+电对.同时以Li3V2(PO4)3作为正负极材料,组装成2 V级全钒锂离子电池.对该电池在1.5~3.0 V范围内进行充放电测试,结果表明,该全钒锂离子电池具有优良的电化学性能.全钒锂离子电池可能成为磷酸钒锂材料应用的新领域.Spherical Li3V2 (PO4 )3 powder was synthesized via melting V2O5 and quenching followed by spray drying and carbothermal reduction processes. Electrochemical measurements conducted in half cells with Li3V2 (PO4) 3 as the cathode material and lithium metal as the anode, have shown that there are obvious charge - discharge voltage plateaus at around 2.0 V and 4. 0 V, corresponding to V4+/V3+ and V3+/V2+ redox couple respectively. AU - vanadium lithium - ion batteries with open circuit voltage of about 2. 0 V were assembled by using Li3V2(PO4) 3 as both cathode and anode materials. Electrochemical measurement was carded out at cutoff volt- age of 1.5 -3.0 V. The batteries showed good electrochemical performance. Li3V2 (PO4)a electrode materials are very promising to be used in all - vanadium lithium - ion batteries.
