输氧装置的污染对下呼吸道获得性细菌感染的分析及控制

摘　　要：目的：找出输氧装置造成下呼吸道感染的污染部位及防治措施。方法：采集4个病区输氧装置4个部位各50份标本分析污染情况。结果：消毒前的中心供氧终端插孔污染率96％、使用后的湿化液、过滤管污染率92％，是导致下呼吸道感染的最危险因素。结论：加强输氧装置的消毒管理是控制医院感染的重要措施。Objective：Under discovers the oxygen therapy installment to create the pollution spot and the preventing and controlling measure which the respiratory tract infects. Methods ： Gathers 4 ward oxygen therapy to install 4 spot each 50 specimen analysis pollution situation. Results： Before under the disinfection center after the oxygen terminal jack pollution rate 96% ,the use wet fluid,the filter pipe pollution rate 92% ,causes the most dangerous factor which the respiratory tract infects. Conclusion：The enhancement oxygen therapy installment disinfection management is controls the hospital infection the important measure.
