摘 要:通过分析常态下掺防腐剂C35HPC抗压强度及高温后剩余抗压强度变化,研究了聚丙烯纤维(PPF)对掺防腐剂C35HPC高温后剩余抗压强度的影响,并描述了试件外观特征随高温温度的变化规律;分析了添加PPF对改善掺防腐剂HPC的抗火性能效果,探讨了PPF改善HPC的抗爆裂机理;通过高温后抗压试验,得出高温作用后PPF掺防腐剂HPC的强度变化规律,用回归分析拟合出抗压强度与温度之间的数学关系式。The compressive strength of C35HPC antiseptic under normal state and the change of the surplus compressive strength at high temperature are analyzed, the influence of polypropylene textile fiber(PPF) mixing the C35HPC antiseptic on the surplus eompressive strength at high temperature is researched, and the change rule of the outward appearance characteristic of the test sample with the high temperature is described. The effect of increasing PPF into HPC antiseptic for the fire-resistant performance is analyzed, the mechanism of PPF improving HPC antispalling is discussed. By the high temperature compression-test, the change rule of antiseptic HPC intensity with PPF mixing is obtained, and the mathematics relationship between the compressive strength and temperature is fitted by the regression analysis.
