摘  要:罐22井位于沙罐坪构造南轴中部,于1991年投产后,产水量逐渐上升,油压、套压和产气量下降较快,2007年因井底积液严重未能复产,2008年实施泡沫排水采气工艺。该工艺施工简单、效果显著、成本较低,但常规泡排剂的加注主要是从油、套环空注入,部分因环空堵塞或安装有井下封隔器以及油管悬挂较高的气井,实施泡沫排水困难,不得已采取关井从油管加注,妨碍了气井的正常生产,衍生管作为一种泡排剂加注的辅助设施,可以满足上述井况条件的不停产加注,并解决了过去因井筒积液严重的气井药剂无法直达井筒底部的难题。罐22井利用衍生管流程加注泡排剂,当加注量为100kg/d时,气井生产处于一个相对比较稳定的状态,气井小时流量稳定在1030~1070m3/h。应用结果表明,泡排效果的好坏主要受泡排剂加注量、输压以及衍生管安装位置的影响,在加注时应予以注意。Well Guan22 locates in the middle of southern axis of the Shaguanping structure.Since it was putting into production in 1991,water production rate is increasing gradually,and oil-casing pressure and gas production rate are decreasing quickly.The production can't be restored for large amount of liquid loading in 2007.Gas production technology of foam drainage was applied in 2008.The technology has the features of simple construction,remarkable effect and low cost.Conventional foaming agent is injected from casing tubing annulus.Foam drainage is difficult in partial gas wells for blocking in the annulus or installing a downhole packer and hanging oil tube at high position.So these wells can't be produced as usual for they have to be shut-in and inject from oil tube.Derivative tube as an ancillary can satisfy the conditions of production and injection.The application of it solves the difficulty that the agent can't reach to the bottom for liquid loading in gas wells.The technology of foam drainage by derivative tube is applied in Well Guan22.When the injection rate is 100kg/d,the production of the gas well is at relatively stable state with stable flow rate from 1030 to 1070m3/h.The results show that the effect of the technology is influenced by the injection rate,input pressure and position of the derivative tube.They all should be mentioned in the application.
