摘  要:研究了搅拌桨型对自浮颗粒三相体系的搅拌混合的功耗、气含率和釜底固含量等的影响,发现液高与釜径比大于1.6时三层桨的混合参数优于两层桨的,提出了最佳的搅拌桨型组合。The influence of impellers on mixing of gasliquidfloating particle in an agitated vessel is investigated. The associated power, gas holdup and solids concentration at the bottom of the vessel are measured. Mixed impeller systems with two impellers and three impellers is investigated in this work. It is concluded that the mixing characteristics of three impellers are superior to those of two impellers for aspect ratios larger than 1.6. The optimal combination of impellers has been proposed. The correlations of the relative power and the gas holdup under the optimal combination of impellers are obtained.
