摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜辅助下前路小切口手术治疗胸椎爆裂性骨折的应用。方法回顾性分析2006年2月～2009年12月对11例胸腰段脊柱爆裂性骨折患者行胸腔镜辅助下单肺通气前路减压、植骨、钉板或钉棒系统固定内固定术。结果全部病例切口Ⅰ期愈合,平均随访10个月,术后椎体间均骨性愈合,患者神经功能有不同程度恢复。结论胸腔镜辅助前路小切口技术为治疗胸椎单节段爆裂性骨折提供了安全、有效的微创方法,在临床上应广泛应用。Objective To investigate the application of anterior approach and small-incision for thoracolumbar burst fracture surgery assisted by thoracoscope.Methods Retrospectively analyze 11 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture from February 2006 to July 2009,which were treated by horacoscopic assisted and one-lung ventilation with anterior decompression,bone graft and screw fi xation plate or screw-rod fi xation system .Results All incisions were primary healing.The average follow-up time was 10 months.All got intervertebral bony fusion.The function of spinal cord was improved in most patients.Conclusion thoracic burst fracture of Single segment was treated by anterior approach small incision technique assisted with thoracoscope,which is a safe and effective minimally invasive method and should be widely used.
