重型颅脑损伤后二次脑损伤相关因素临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重型颅脑损伤二次脑损伤的临床相关因素。方法回顾性分析2006年3月～2010年3月我科收治重型颅脑损伤患者170例患者的临床资料,将死亡患者作为观察组,生存患者作为对照组,比较2组患者体温、早期血压、血糖、血钠等方面的差异,且进行统计学分析。结果 170例患者死亡60例(29.41%,60/170);与对照组比较观察组体温、血糖、血钠水平高、血压低(P<0.05)。结论高热、高血糖、高血钠、低血压等均为二次脑损伤致伤因素,严重影响预后,应高度重视,针对性加强预防与综合治疗。Objective To research secondary brain injury in severe head injury clinical relevant factors.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 170 patients with severe head injury treated in our department from March 2006 to March 2010;the patients who died as the observation group,the survival of patients as a control group to compare the two groups were body temperature,early blood pressure,blood sugar,differences in serum sodium,etc.,and for statistical analysis.Results 60 cases of 170 patients died（29.41%,60/170）;the observation group compared with the control group body temperature,blood glucose,serum sodium levels of high blood pressure low（P0.05）.Conclusion High fever,high blood sugar,high sodium,low blood pressure and other factors are secondary brain injury in injury,serious impact on prognosis,which should attach great importance to strengthening the prevention and comprehensive treatment targeted.
