肺结核合并糖尿病105例临床分析及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病的临床特点,做到早期诊断,积极治疗,采取有效的护理措施,预防并发症,提高治疗的有效率。方法回顾性分析我院2004年～2007年三年间收治肺结核合并糖尿病105例患者临床表现、影像检查方法、实验室检查结果及治疗情况并给与相应的护理。结果 105例中血糖控制理想者90例(85.7%),血糖控制较理想者10例(9.5%),血糖控制不良者4例(3.8%),死亡1例(1%),肺结核治愈92例(87.6%),8例好转(7.6%),4例未愈(3.8%),死亡者1例(1%)。结论两病并存互相影响、互相促进,病情复杂、疗效差、耐药率和复发率高。协助医生早期诊断,有效治疗和护理,提高病人的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical features,the interrelations,diagnosis,treatment and nursing interferes of pulmonary tuberculosis complicating diabetes.Methods The retrospective analysis has been taken on the clinical characters,photographicmethods and the liboratory test results and diagnosis and treatment and nursing interferes for 105 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis complicating diabetes in our hospital at 2004-2007.Results In all 105 cases,there were 90 cases（85.7%） with well-controlled serum glucose,10 cases（9.5%） had comparatively wellcontrolled serum glucose,4 patients（3.8%） whose serum glucose was not controlled well,1 patients（1%） were died.And in these cases,there were 92 cases（87.6%）were cured from pulmonary tuberculosis,8 patients（7.6%）were improved,4 patients（3.8%） were not cured,and 1 patients（1%） were died.Conclusion In Pulmonary tuberculosis complicating Diabetes,disease situation is more complex.Diagnosing early,effective therapy and adequate nursing care are regarded as the fundamental measures to improve patients’prognosis and quality of life.
