通脉降脂汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通脉降脂汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效。方法 106例颈动脉斑块和血脂异常的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组53例应用通脉降脂汤治疗;对照组53例给予口服辛伐他汀,治疗3个月后,观察两组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块体积、血脂的变化。结果经3个月治疗后,治疗组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块体积缩小,血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)较治疗前降低,且优于对照组,有差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论通脉降脂汤不仅有调整血脂的作用,还具有抗动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。Objective To observe the effect of TongMai JiangZhi decoction on atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery.Methods 106 cases of patients with atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（53 cases） was treated with TongMai JiangZhi decoction and the control group with Simvastatin Tablet only.Both the treatment courses were 3 mouths.Results After treatment,the blood lipids and CRP of the patients in treatment group were obviously improved,IMT and plaque volume were decreased.Compared with the control group,the differences were signifi cant（P0.05）.Conclusion TongMai JiangZhi decoction is an effective prescription with good therapeutic effect on the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and high blood lipids.
