摘　　要：利用X射线衍射仪（XRD）、热重分析仪（TG）、差示扫描量热仪（DSC）、热台偏光显微镜研究了4种单碳链脂肪酰氧基乙基磺酸钠（SAI）的相行为。结果表明4种单碳链SAI是以晶体状态存在;热稳定范围为0℃-250℃,250℃以后SAI开始大量分解;并且判定4种单碳链SAI只存在一种晶相,在加热的过程中不存在晶相间的相互转变。上述研究为以SAI为主要原料的中性复合皂的深入研究提供了理论支撑。Phase behavior of the four mono-carbon chain sodium fatty acyloxy isethionates（SAIs） was studied by X-ray diffraction,thermal gravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry and polarized light microscope with heat stage.The results showed that the four mono-carbon chain SAIs have crystalline structure and they are heat-stable between 0 ℃ and 250 ℃ while begin to decompose considerably when heated beyond 250 ℃.There is only one crystalline phase in the four mono-carbon chain SAIs and have no phase transition when heated between 0 ℃ and 250 ℃.All the above investigations will be the theoretical support for further study of neutral composite soap that using SAIs as main additive.
