生物技术在化妆品行业的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了生物技术的概念,重点综述了其在生产、功效检测和安全评价等3个方面的应用,包括为化妆品生产提供新型活性添加剂的生物提取技术、生物发酵技术、酶工程、植物细胞培养技术,为化妆品美白、抗衰老、抗敏、祛红血丝提供功效检测方法的各类生物技术,为化妆品提供安全评价方法的红细胞溶血实验、鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊膜实验、彗星实验、致病菌检测等生物技术。最后讨论了目前我国化妆品行业中生物技术存在的问题并提出建议。Concept of biotechnology was introduced briefly,and the application of biotechnology in cosmetic field such as manufacturing process used for preparation of cosmetic products,cosmetics efficacy evaluation and cosmetic safety assessment were summarized in detail.It covers biotechnological extraction of new active cosmetic additives,fermentation technology,enzymatic engineering,plant cell culture technology,as well as various methods for efficacy evaluation of cosmetics for whitening,anti-senium,anti-allergy,dispelling of telangiectasis,and various methods for safety assessment of cosmetics such as hemolysis experiment,chicken ambryonal membrane experiment,comet assay,pathogen detection,et al.Some existing problems in application of biotechnology in Chinese cosmetic industry were discussed with some recommendations provided.
