摘  要:通过可见光谱法研究了(2-羟基-3-月桂酰氧基丙基)十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(HFAC)与溴百里香酚蓝(BTB)的显色反应,提出采用分光光度法测定水中HFAC的方法,并对HFAC的生物降解性进行了研究。结果表明,在碱性溶液中,BTB呈现蓝色,最大吸收波长为482 nm,BTB与季铵盐表面活性剂反应形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变。HFAC的浓度在0-1.4×10^-4mol/L符合比尔定律,适于水样中HFAC的测定。该酯基季铵盐易生物降解,11 d后其生物降解度在90%以上。Chromogenic reaction of(2-hydroxy-3-lauryl acyloxypropyl) dodecyldimethylammonium chloride(HFAC) with bromothymol blue(BTB) was studied by spectrophotometric method and a spectrophotometric method for determination of HFAC content in water was established.Meanwhile,the biodegradability of HFAC was examined.Results showed that associated ion pairs will be formed from electrostatic interaction of HFAC with BTB and a distinct color change is appeared that displays blue color in alkaline solution with λmax=482 nm.When the HFAC concentration ranges between 0~1.4×10^-4 mol/L,the color absorption follows Beer's Law.The method has been applied to determine the trace HFAC content in water.The HFAC can be biodegraded readily and completely.Biodegradability of HFAC can achieve higher than 90% in 11 d.
