摘 要:岔河倒虹跨沟长度2106.4m,最大水头450 m,是掌鸠河引水供水工程中关键和具有代表性的一段工程。工程区地形陡峻,地质条件复杂,地震设防烈度高达Ⅷ度,因此对工程的布置和结构设计进行了详细研究。创新型结合井布置,可实现“首部控制,分段降低隧洞压力,工程运行灵活,造价低”的目标。明敷钢管道首次在高地震区应用了下支承环结构和板式连续支墩。运行实践证明,工程的设计理念、设计方案较为合理,但在管型选择、进出口段和陡坡镇墩的设计方面有待改进。The Chahe inverted siphon with a length of 2 106.4 m and maximum head of 450.0 m is a key work in Zhangjiuhe Water Diversion and Supply Project. The layout and structure designs of the inverted siphon were specially studied as the steep terrain, complex geological conditions and high seismic intensity (Ⅷ degree) in project area. The innovative relief shaft arrangement can meet the requirements of flow control by intake, stepped tunnel water pressure drop, flexible operation and lower cost. The lower supporting rings and continuous buttress plates were firstly used for the supporting of the surface- arranged steel pipe in high seismic intensity area. The operation shows that the design is reasonable and feasible, but the pipe type selection, the inlet and outlet designs and the design of anchorage block on the steep slope can still be improved.
