摘　　要：圆弧形键槽是一种新型键槽结构,其结构设计和压制成型是其应用中最难解决的问题。为此,锦潭水电站工程施工时对键槽模板结构设计、压制模具设计和制作以及成型后安装进行了研究。实践证明,自行研制的压制圆弧键槽的压力机具有结构简单,操作方便,生产效率高等优点;自行加工的键槽模板组装方便、成本低廉。The template structural design and pressing and forming for new-typed circular keyway is the key of the application. For the construction of Jintan Hydropower Station project, the structural design, pressing mold design and manufacture and the installation of circular keyway template was studied. Practice shows that the self-developed suppression machine for circular keyway is simple structure, easy operation and high efficiency. The keyway templates are easy assembly and low cost.
