摘 要:针对河南省境内某梯级小型水电站群工程的实际,在对梯级水库短期优化调度问题进行深入研究的基础上,提出基于整个梯级电站系统最小发电耗水率的梯级电站调度模型和厂内经济运行模型。考虑到影响梯级水库短期优化调度的水量联系、水头联系和下游不稳定流以及影响厂内经济运行的机组台数、机组组合和机组间的负荷优化分配等,采用最低发电耗水率作为优化目标对该梯级电站进行计算,实现了在电厂经济运行的基础上来实现整个梯级电站的优化运行,达到增加发电效益的目的。该研究能够用来指导实际运行。The short--term optimal dispatching model and economic operation model were established for a cascade hydropower system in Henan Province based on the principle of lowest water consumption rate of power generation after a detailed analysis on short-term optimal dispatching of cascade reservoirs. After considering the flow relation, the head relation and the downstream instable flow which influencing the short-term optimal dispatching of cascade reservoirs, and the number of unit, the unit combination and the unit load allocation which influencing the economic operation of stations, a simulation for the cascade hydropower system were conducted based on the lowest water consumption rate. The results show that the model can guarantee the achievement of the optimal cascade operation after obtaining the economic operation of each station, and to increase the power generation. This study can be as guideline for the operation of cascade stations.
